Communication is fluent and clear both before and on the day of the event.
Timing and set up has always gone smoothly. Bouncy castle are all of a good quality.

“We have been using Caroline's Castles for years now. Service is always reliable and personlised. We have no side entrance access to the garden so Caroline and Tony were very careful to make sure the 16ft by 16ft castle we wanted would go through the house before the actual date of the party. This was much appreciated and gave us peace of mind. Castle itself was great. No complaints.”

“Amazing Company!!!! From my first phome call enquiry, Caroline was so helpful and really informative about their products, availability, sizing for the space etc. I booked with such short notice but nothing was a problem for her, she just got the job done.
I even arrived at my venue running late and the team just got on with the job and I blinked and the bouncy castle was up and running!

A lovely couple arrived Sunday morning and installed the bouncy castle for my granddaughters birthday.
