- Delivery: Between 7:00am and 11:30am
- Setup time: 15-20 minutes
- Collection: From 5:30pm onwards
Collection slots are allocated based on booking order. Earlier bookings receive later collection times.
- Latest standard collection: 7:30pm(May–August)
- Late collection option: Up to 9:00pm(June–August, £25 extra)
Specific delivery or collection times can be arranged where possible, especially for hall bookings.

Outdoor Hire (Gardens)
Available from mid-March to mid-October, weather permitting.
Indoor Hire (Halls & Venues)
Available all year round.
We can arrange delivery and collection times to suit your venue booking—just let us know your schedule.

⚠️ Important Setup Information
To ensure safe installation:
- The setup area must be clear of stones, gravel, furniture and debris
- No installation on gravel, sharp surfaces or unsuitable ground
- Grass is the most suitable surface
- All measurements must be checked before booking
If the inflatable cannot be set up due to insufficient space or unsuitable conditions, a £30 fee will be charged to cover costs
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel up to the 24 hours before delivery: No charge
- Same-day cancellations: 50% fee applies
- Incorrect garden measurements preventing setup: £30 fee applies
