Will the Spiderman Inflatable Fit In My Garden or Hall?

Measure 15 × 20ft, not 13 × 13ft
Although the Spiderman Bouncy Castle itself measures 13 x 13ft, you need approximately 15 x 20ft of clear space for the complete setup.
The extra space allows room for the blower at the back of the castle and the safety mat at the front entrance.
Please make sure you have the full required space available before booking. We don't want you to get to the day of your party and discover that the castle won't fit!
We recommend pacing out or measuring your available space before booking.
🚪 What about access?
We need at least 2.5ft of access and a clear route from our vehicle to the setup area.
The Spiderman Castle can be sack-barrowed through a house if necessary, although side access is preferred.

For outdoor hires, the castle is securely pegged into suitable grass.

📋Before We Arrive - What We Need From You
A little preparation before we arrive makes everything much easier on the day.
📏 Space
Please provide 15ft x 20ft of clear, reasonably level space.
A slight gradient is usually fine.
Please remember that the required setup space is larger than the 13 x 13ft castle itself.
🚪 Access
We need at least 2.5ft access and a clear route for our trolley.
Please move bins, garden furniture and any other obstacles before we arrive.
If there are low-hanging branches or other obstructions along the access route, please clear these beforehand.
⚡ Electricity
We'll need a standard 13A socket within 45m of where the castle will be set up.
🌱 Ground
Grass is ideal for outdoor setup.
Unfortunately, we cannot set up on gravel or areas containing sharp stones, as these can damage the inflatable.
🐕 Garden
If you're having the castle in your garden, please remove any dog mess and move garden furniture, bins and other obstacles before we arrive.
👨👩👧 Supervision
An adult must supervise the children throughout the hire.
💷 Payment
Payment in cash on the morning of your hire please.
