When setting up outdoors, our inflatables are securely pegged into grass as standard.
For indoor bookings such as community halls or venues, we provide sandbags and safety mats free of charge.
Quick Checklist Before We Arrive
**PLEASE NOTE**
To help everything run smoothly on the day, please make sure the garden area is clear of stones, gravel, dog waste, garden furniture, and any other obstacles before we arrive.
We can only set up inflatables on a suitable surface, with grass being the best option. Unfortunately, we’re unable to install on gravel, sharp stone, Bark chippings, concrete, decking, Astro turf surfaces, or unclean areas.
Important delivery access:
This inflatable is large and heavy, so we require at least 2.5ft wide, flat, clear and level access (such as a side gate, back gate or pathway through the hall way) to safely deliver and set up the castle.
Please ensure you have the minimum required space for your chosen inflatable fully cleared in advance. This helps us set up quickly and safely for you to enjoy.
It’s the hirer’s responsibility to make sure there is enough suitable space for the inflatable. If the area has been incorrectly measured and we’re unable to safely install the unit, a £30 fee will be charged to cover our costs.
No Face Paint Policy
At Caroline’s Castles, we prioritise safety and cleanliness at every event. To help us maintain the quality and appearance of our equipment, we kindly ask that no face paint, glitter, balloon confetti, or silly string is used during your hire.
These items can cause staining or damage, and avoiding them ensures every customer enjoys a clean, safe, and high-quality experience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Delivery Times
We deliver any time in the morning, between 7:00am and 11:30am and setup usually takes just 15–20 minutes. Once it’s ready, it’s all yours to enjoy for the day!
For a standard day’s hire, we collect between 5:30pm and 7:30pm. If you’d like to keep the equipment a little longer, no problem—just let us know in advance. A small late collection fee applies for hires extended beyond 7:30pm.
If you need a specific delivery or collection time, just let us know—we’ll always do our best to accommodate, especially for hall bookings.
Our latest collection times are:
