Measuring 12.5ft × 12.5ft, it's suitable for children up to 10 years old and can accommodate around 6–7 children at a time, depending on their size. Featuring colourful, hand-painted kitten artwork, it's perfect for children's birthday parties, family celebrations and suitable indoor venues across Bexley, Dartford, Sidcup, Hextable and surrounding areas.

You need 14.5ft × 18ft of clear space — not just 12.5ft × 12.5ft
Although the Kitten Bouncy Castle itself measures 12.5ft × 12.5ft, the complete setup requires approximately 14.5ft × 18ft of clear space. This allows room for the blower at the back and the safety mat at the front entrance.
🚪 What about access?
We need a minimum of 2.5ft access with a clear route from our vehicle to the setup area. The castle can be sack-barrowed through a house if necessary, although side access is preferred.

For outdoor hires, the castle is securely pegged into suitable grass.
For indoor hall bookings, we use suitable sandbags and protective mats where required, with no extra charge
📋Before We Arrive - What We Need From You
A little preparation before we arrive makes everything much easier on the day.
📏Space
Please provide 14.5 x 18ft of clear, reasonably level space, a slight gradient is usually fine.
🚪Access
We need at least 2.5ft access and a clear route for our trolley.
⚡Electricity
We'll need a standard 13A socket within 45m of where the castle will be set up.
🌱Ground
Grass is ideal for outdoor setup.
Unfortunately, we cannot set up on gravel or areas containing sharp stones, as these can damage the inflatable.
🐕Garden
If you're having the castle in your garden, please remove any dog mess and move garden furniture, bins, low hanging branches and other obstacles before we arrive.
👨👩👧Supervision
An adult must supervise the children throughout the hire.
💷 Payment
Payment in cash on the morning of your hire please.
Indoor & Outdoor Kitten Castle Hire
Our Kitten Bouncy Castle is available for garden parties and suitable indoor venues, subject to space, access, ceiling height and venue requirements.
🌳 Outdoor hire
Garden hires are available from mid-March to the end of September, subject to weather and ground conditions.
What happens if the weather isn't suitable?
Outdoor hires are subject to suitable weather and ground conditions. We offer free weather cancellation up to the day before your booking for home garden parties. If you're unsure about the forecast, just get in touch and we'll be happy to advise.

When setting up outdoors, our inflatables are securely pegged into grass as standard.
For indoor bookings such as community halls or venues, we provide sandbags and safety mats free of charge.
Quick Checklist Before We Arrive
**PLEASE NOTE**
To help everything run smoothly on the day, please make sure the garden area is clear of stones, gravel, dog waste, garden furniture, and any other obstacles before we arrive.
We can only set up inflatables on a suitable surface, with grass being the best option. Unfortunately, we’re unable to install on gravel, sharp stone, Bark chippings, concrete, decking, Astro turf surfaces, or unclean areas.
Important delivery access:
This inflatable is large and heavy, so we require at least 2.5ft wide, flat, clear and level access (such as a side gate, back gate or pathway through the hall way to your garden or venue) to safely deliver and set up the castle.
Please ensure you have the minimum required space for your chosen inflatable fully cleared in advance. This helps us set up quickly and safely for you to enjoy.
It’s the hirer’s responsibility to make sure there is enough suitable spacefor the inflatable. If the area has been incorrectly measured and we’re unable to safely install the unit, a £30 fee will be charged to cover our costs.
No Face Paint Policy
At Caroline’s Castles, we prioritise safety and cleanliness at every event. To help us maintain the quality and appearance of our equipment, we kindly ask that no face paint, glitter, balloon confetti, or silly string is used during your hire.
These items can cause staining or damage, and avoiding them ensures every customer enjoys a clean, safe, and high-quality experience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Delivery Times
We deliver any time in the morning, between 7:00am and 11:30am and setup usually takes just 15–20 minutes. Once it’s ready, it’s all yours to enjoy for the day!
Collection Times
For a standard day’s hire, we collect between 5:30pm and 7:30pm. If you’d like to keep the equipment a little longer, no problem—just let us know in advance. A small late collection fee applies for hires extended beyond 7:30pm.
If you need a specific delivery or collection time, just let us know—we’ll always do our best to accommodate, especially for hall bookings.
Our latest collection times are:
