It is the responsibility of the person/s hiring the equipment to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to avoid injury or to cause damage to the equipment.

Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed.

  1. All of our units are for the sole use of children under the age of 12 with exception of the Gladiator, Adult fight suits and Sumo suits, and Adult Castles.

  2. Always ensure that the equipment is not overcrowded and try to avoid mixes of large and small children together.

  3. Do not allow anybody to bounce on the front steps, their sole use are for entry & exit of the bouncy castle.

  4. A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times

  5. Please do not allow anyone to touch or play with the fan blower including the extension lead at the rear of the unit.

  6. No climbing, cartwheels, somersaults, hanging or sitting on the walls of the unit.

  7. No shoes, badges, jewellery, cigarettes, food, drinks, chewing gum, face paint, party poppers, or "silly string" or sharp objects allowed on or near the unit. It is recommended that spectacles are also removed.

  8. No pets or animals of any kind should be let on the unit.

  9. If the inflatable is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains. This will reduce your electric bill.

  10. Do not allow users to be on the unit during inflation or deflation.

  11. In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the inflatable be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling can be dried with a towel. A small picnic table placed over the blower, will help prevent rain- water being sucked into the inflatable.

  12. The blower at the back may have a safety reset button. In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, and then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later, it should restart. If it does not, or there is a power cut, inform us IMMEDIATELY.

  13. Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.

  14. If you are unsure about anything, please contact us.

The hirer shall be responsible for the cost of any repairs needed, including carriage to and from the repairers, for any damage caused by misuse of the equipment, normal wear and tear excluded.

**PLEASE NOTE**

ALL PERSONS USING THE EQUIPMENT DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT LIABILITY WHERE WE ARE MANNING THE EQUIPMENT THROUGH HIRE TERMS.

CAROLINES CASTLES CANNOT ACCEPT ANY REASONABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES SUFFERED BY ANYONE USING THE EQUIPMENT.
